I don’t normally leave reviews but I will say, when I call most dental offices I am hardly greeted in a non-rushed manner. Everyone wants to just take your information right away to get you scheduled usually. Andrew answered the phone nicely & calm and I did not feel rushed at all. He answered all my questions without sounding annoyed and that is something I look for in an office. I will be coming back for my treatment and I appreciate them being informative and accommodating.

The office was very clean and the staff at the front desk were welcoming. Dr. Bonje was also friendly, to a point. He greeted me just fine, seemingly professional, however, I really hope he works on his bedside manner. He lacks compassion and was actually aggressive when performing the cold test. He also gave me no warning or anything before he began. Instead of trying to understand my case and what I had to say about my previous work done on my teeth, he was trying to prove a point. I was simply trying to get him up to speed, so he would be informed and maybe he took it as me trying to tell him how to do his job, although I was in no way rude. He was. I love that it’s very informative and I think the videos are helpful for answering many questions patients may have, but as for Bonje himself, he was arrogant and chose to mansplain things that I already understood, instead of addressing my concerns in a gentle and understanding way. I believe that he knows what he’s doing, but he definitely lacks in caring. Who wants to go to the dentist to take care of their needs without this Dr. actually caring about the individual’s situation? When I explained how I chipped my teeth due to faint

Dr. Bonji is a very great dentist. He takes his time and very informative about the dental work he is performing. He makes sure that you are all the way numb before beginning any work. This was an issue I had at a previous dentist. I recommend him, it was a painless procedure from start to finish. He stated I might feel a little pain the next day. I did not feel any pain the next day. Awesome staff as well, very patient and nice!!!

This office is clean and has great staff! Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. The staff keeps you informed at all times. Dr. Bonje and his staff are amazing! I’d highly recommend to come get all your root canal needs done here!
